Phuc is our half-Italian chef. He’s worked in the Backpacker District. He’s worked in Warda. He last worked at Saffron and Ciao Bella before joining our team.
Anh Thu studied patisserie at the prestigious Ferrandi school in Paris, Anh-Thu worked for La Grande Epicerie in Paris, and then moved back to Saigon to work at the Park Hyatt in the pastry department. Now she's our Pastry Chef-at-large.
Co is the most senior of our barista team. He used to own a cafe. He's a latte art instructor and on-off champion. He also roasts all the coffee beans that you're drinking.
